Your portal is where we can keep a record of what we explored, share feedback and continue the learning between sessions.
GETTING STARTED
Use your personal link.
Richard will send you a private portal link containing your personal access token.
Open that complete link in your browser. The portal recognises the token and opens your coaching space—no Google account or separate password is required.

Space to share what you noticed after a lesson and give us something useful to return to.
Videos and resources
Selected videos, files and other resources connected with your learning.
WATCHING VIDEOS
A Google account may be needed.
Some lesson videos are stored in Google Drive. To view them, you may need to sign in with a Google account.
This does not necessarily mean having a Gmail address. You can create or use a Google account with an existing non-Gmail email address, such as your usual personal or work email.
If you can open the portal but a video asks you to request access, contact Richard rather than sharing your personal portal link.
IF YOU SEE THE ACCESS SCREEN
That is normal.

Open the complete link
Go back to the full private link Richard sent you. The personal token is included in the link.

Do not remove the access part
Keep everything after the main portal address. Removing or shortening the link removes the token the portal needs.

Ask for a replacement if needed
If the link has expired, been cut off or no longer works, contact Richard. He can issue a new personal link.
KEEPING YOUR LINK SAFE
Your token is personal.
Your access token is the private key to your coaching space. Do not post it publicly or forward it to someone else.
If you think someone else has received your link, tell Richard so it can be replaced. You can bookmark the complete link on your own device for easy access.
